Our services are designed for families with children from birth through to 8 years old, covering everything from infant sleep foundations to helping older kids settle more easily.
Consultation
Our one-on-one consultations focus on your child’s full 24-hour rhythm — not just sleep, but also feeding, awake times, and settling techniques. We take a complete look at your baby’s routine, environment, and developmental stage to create a personalised plan that supports both restful sleep and healthy feeding patterns.
Sleep Training
We guide you through gentle, age-appropriate sleep training that takes the whole day into account — including naps, feeds, wind-down routines, and overnight waking. Our calm, responsive approach helps your child develop predictable patterns that support both better sleep and smoother days.
Follow-Up Support
As you begin making changes, we stay by your side. Our follow-up support helps you adjust your baby’s full daily routine — from morning feeds to bedtime — so you can confidently build a rhythm that works for your child and your family. We’re here to troubleshoot, adapt the plan as your baby grows, and make sure progress sticks.

From the start, she gave us the tools, confidence, and reassurance we needed to get our daughter, sleeping through the night. She was always just a message away whenever we felt unsure or needed a bit of encouragement. Her support was not only practical but also so compassionate and understanding.
Now, our daughter sleeps a solid 12 hours every night—we simply put her to bed, leave the room, and she drifts off peacefully on her own. Even better, she’s happier, more settled, and genuinely loves going to bed now.
Victoria has been an absolute game-changer for our family. If you’re struggling with sleep and wondering whether it’s worth getting help— do it. We could not recommend her more highly.

From the moment that first phone call with Victoria commenced, we instantly felt reassured and supported about what we were about to embark on.
Victoria supported us from when our boys were born as a night nanny (to assist with feeding, settling etc) and later with their routine, sleep schedule and transitioning from bassinets to cots etc. And even now, two and a half years later, Victoria has continued to make herself available to us and provide unwavering support and guidance in relation to all things babies.
I have continued to seek advice and counsel from Victoria when I am needing reassurance and guidance about their routines as toddlers and other developmental issues as issues have arisen.
Her knowledge of all things babies and children is exceptional. Victoria was so nurturing towards me as a mother and in particular the boys and everything she recommended to assist the boys to thrive and sleep, worked.
Our boys have been wonderful sleepers from the minute Victoria came into our lives and we credit that entirely to Victoria and her team. Victoria was a delight to have in our home, and built a fantastic bond with us and our boys.
Victoria is passionate about caring for babies and children and having her as a support has made life so much easier. We feel privileged to have had Victoria in our lives and the lives of our boys and continue to cherish the friendship we have built with her.
Any family would be lucky to have her!

Victoria’s vast experience, and proper and extensive training speak for itself. The New Zealand school Rangi Ruru is world renown, and one of the only institutions that prepare child care professionals with in depth knowledge, and real respect for the importance of the profession. There is not a question about the well being of your newborn that she won’t have some knowledge and experience on how to address.
However, what cannot be relayed on paper is her sparkling wit and positivity. Despite the rigors of long nights and constant interrupted sleep, she somehow remains laughing. She is open-minded and curious in just the way a thoughtful person should be. Even though she is focused on maternity care, no one has blended into the lives of my older children, with such ease and fast affection; it saddens us terribly not to have her in our daily lives.
We feel very blessed that it was possible for her to stay with us for almost five months of our little girl’s life. Last but not least, I can attest to the fact that our baby is calm, happy and healthy, and best of all consolidated her sleep in a timely fashion – this is much attributed to Victoria’s excellent care. Our loss would be your gift in the company of Victoria Clifford. Good luck in your special time.
